Day 44 (4/24/2012)
MY THROAT HURTS SO BAD RIGHT NOW AND I’M SUPPOSED TO SING IN MASTERCLASS ON THURSDAY…

Thank God the opera is over. I’ve gotten way behind on everything that I need to be doing…like my laundry and other things…but i’ve been way too tired. I can’t shake the tired feeling no matter how much I nap or sleep at night and on top of everything i’m sick. Sunday after the opera my throat woke me up in the middle of the night sore as anything and by the time it was time for me to get up for classes on monday I had no voice at all. Today wasn’t much better, but I was able to talk AND have a GREAT lesson.
I signed up to audition for the fall opera….I really want to get in so I can justify not doing marching band to myself…and make it seem ok…i’m still so upset about not being able to march. :(
Tonight at 5:30 two of my friends and I met to study and work on some music theory homework…We have all been getting really close this semester and it wasn’t until today that I realized how much I have come to love them. We just fit together as a group so well and understand and care about each other…it’s hilarious the things we talk about and argue over. We also got dinner together and I think we are trying to make it a weekly thing. my only regret is not getting this close with them sooner. I hope we will be able to stay in the same classes. they are a huge reason why i’m going to survive this major…I don’t think i could finish my major if i was by myself.
good lord, i’ve had a lot of other things happen…some new feelings about some things that im still very unsure about. I won’t go into detail….i’m way not ready to even start thinking about them…but they are there…
on a lighter, and less mysterious note, i’m FINALLY getting my hair cut on friday!….I can’t freaking wait…my hair is so gross right now and the split ends are TERRIBLE….

Day 43 (4/14/2012)
lol at my face
We had a FULL COSTUME REHEARSAL TODAY…with no hair and no makeup (although I did my makeup a little)…i am LOVING the costume…it’s a bitch to get into and is SUPER hot and i get winded going up stairs…but besides that it’s so much fun…I always though I looked better in that style clothing than modern stuff…
my boobs look crazy huge..which they are…but it’s def accented :)
I am loving/hating rehearsal…it’s grueling but sooo worth it and I can’t wait for Monday when we add hair and makeup!…I plan on getting a decent picture then lol.
tomorrow I report at 1pm…and we rehearse with the orchestra at 7ish…i can’t wait to hear :)

Day 42 i think (4/13/2012)
Had a 7.5 hour long rehearsal today…it was brutal…but sooooo fun…we got to put on our costumes and parade around…I’m practically choking on my cleavage lol…i also feel like im bonding a lot better when my fellow voice majors…its all in all the best decision i have ever made…I cant wait for tomorrows rehearsal because we get to wear our costumes the whole time!
on the downside my feet are absolutely killing me….ugh and im ready to fall over im so tired…so im calling it quits and going to bed…night!
Day 41 (4/11/2012)
It’s been a weird day. I have been starting to feel like I could be getting sick and today my head has been hurting non stop…ugh…so I only went to one class and my rehearsal.
The rehearsal was fun, our costumes are in and we get to wear them on friday! It’s going to be hell getting everyone to cooperate with them and putting them away properly but i’m crossing my fingers.
Tonight my parents and becca came down to bring me some stuff and to take me out to dinner. We went to the cheesecake factory and ate some very god food. I also went to Sephora and spent $91 on make-up that I need…I got lip liner, lipstick (a nice red…pictured above), a pretty pale pink lip gloss that’s called “Betsy” (I couldn’t NOT get it), nail files, and blush….shit’s expensive….
I feel like I don’t look like myself when i’m wearing lipstick…oh well lol
Tomorrow I have a bunch of things I need to take care of…blah I hate having to be responsible lol
Day 40 (4/8/2012)
Today was Easter! pretty cool, got some stuff, ate awesome food, saw my family…found out that my cousin is pregnant with her second child….we just celebrated her first kid’s 1st birthday last week…shes only been married like two years…oh well, I am excited for her!
other than that, i am back in my dorm…not looking forward to another week of school (im sooooo ready for summer) BUT i did have some fun with my hair tonight, obviously. I’m trying to figure out how i’m going to wear it for the opera…I think this is the winner :)
Day 38 (4/5/2012)
Today I found out that I got a 94% on my psych test…literally the highest grade in any class that I have right now…kill me.
Tomorrow I have musicianship, MITUS and no diction (for good friday reasons) and MY FIRST COSTUME FITTING FOR DIE FLEDERMAUS!!!! at 2pm :DDDDD
I am so excited about the costume and figuring out what i’m going to do with my hair and makeup and asjgnwlrghuqeighuaqegiuhwegiluqegh.
I started making my new schedule but i’m nervous right now about passing classes..sigh…i just want to make it through M4 and T4 and MITUS especially….i know my grade in diction is going to suck…oh well

Day 37 (4/3/2012)
Getting caught up to Once Upon A Time…it’s pretty good…and most of the cast is delicious… probably going to finish it before the week is out…then MORE CHUCK!..i love chuck but tiger reels doesn’t have season 3-5 :(
Today was good…I got help with a problem that I have been putting off for a while.
Tomorrow I have a really strange day….and an advising appt…i’m gonna try and get my shit together because i’m gonna be in a ton of classes again i know it…and my stress level just keeps going up….I need to think of the classes I wanna take…and ugh i’m worried about passing this semester…I wanna take a year off to chill out but i know id just be forced to work and that doesn’t sound any better…I’d like to travel too…
i have a costume fitting this friday! so excited
Day 36 (im tired of counting the missed days) (4/1/2012)
well it’s april fools day…or it was…im a little late posting this…well..nevermind
anyway, the weekend was successful and it made me realize a few things.
Mainly, I’m beginning to really love the place I work at…it can be stressful but the people are awesome and we are all starting to act like a weird family..needless to say our open house went realllllly well! AND on top of that…im getting a new pair of sneakers from a really cool boot company…they mainly make work boots for firemen and emt and what not BUT they are coming out with a new top-of-the-line athletic series and I WANT!…sadly they won’t be released till september BUT I can wait…
Next…I love Chuck…it’s the best series and it makes me laugh so much..I finished the second season today and i’m so impatient to get on with the third but I need to go rent it…AND pay some more late fees
I’m also very tired of school right now…and im usually one of those people who doesn’t really mind it…but i’m starting to wonder if I chose the right major and ugh I don’t want these thoughts….I am thinking that maybe I should go get a business degree and start my own company…I REALLY believe that could happen and that I would be pretty good at it. I’ve already gotten a taste of how a business from working constantly with the CEO of the company I work for….we will have to see what happens…
Happy thing of the day…I REALLY got andrew good with a april fools day joke…it was cute

Moved back into Towson today…not looking forward for this half of the semester.
hung out with Kelsey and Kim and watched psych, which is actually kinda funny
i unpacked and cleaned our bathroom, and sink…and it stinks like bleach in here now
now im with koob and teresa and we are going to watch doctor who!
Day 35 i think? (2/24/2012)
I go back to school tomorrow after the strangest week I have ever had.
for starters I did not get a “spring break” I got a work week filled with unbelievable stress. I never got to sleep in one day…and I’m more tired than I was heading into the break.
I’m having problems with my anger again…my tempers been really short lately and I just feel angry all the time. I feel like i’ve stretched myself too thin and am now suffering the effects of that. I’m losing interest with everything and I really just want to sit by myself and stare at the wall.
being able to see andrew and petro this week was literally the only thing keeping me from flying off the deep end again. i havent been in this place since high school….i dont like it
i did get to go to ikea today and look at furniture for my apartment in the fall…the stuff i’m getting is pretty cool, we arent going to get the desk or tables till it gets closer but we are getting the bed before summer break so i can stop destroying my back every time i go home.
Day 31 (3/20/2012)
Today started out as one of the most horrible days ever…but then it got progressively better as time wore on.
Work was ok at worst and fun at best!
then andrew and i went on an adventure that led to me and two guys i have never met before pushing andrews car OUT ON AN INTERSECTION WHERE IT HAD BROKEN DOWN and onto the side of a road….
cars are heavy…..like….REALLY heavy
then we hung out for hours, it was fun
now my picture is in honor of the newest companion being announced or whatever glorious tidbit of news we are getting…CANT WAIT!
have to work tomorrow…blah…BUT Petro’s surprise 21st birthday party is then as well so i’m sflksadjfl;sakdjf;asldkfj SO EXCITED!…I wish his present would have come in…oh well.

Day 30 (2/19/2012)
These are some of the greatest people in my life. I’ve never laughed harder or more sincerely as I do when they are around, it’s just crazy. I also know that I am so loved and they are loved by me in return.
So today after like a million years I got to hang out with petro and andrew. First petro showed up which was a miracle…and then andrew was late lol so petro and I walked all the way to Walgreens (me without shoes) and stayed there till andrew picked us up like 20 minutes later. Then we came back, ate food…took a whole slew of funny pictures…laughed at petros confusion of the english language…and watched scott pilgrim…
perfect night was perfect!
can’t wait for wednesday when we can celebrate petros 21st birthday! I can’t wait to give him his AWESOME present!
also, we looked into getting a beach house again today….there’s one that we think we can afford and it’s close to andrew…my mom literally wants to spend all summer there (on the weekends at least..and maybe weeks at a time)….she’s really serious about getting the house too…it’s just going to take a bit of convincing to get her to actually commit.
Day 29 (3/18/2012)
IVE MISSED 4 DAYS! sad life…although I’ve been hella busy working through midterms and getting back home and going to lancaster.
Tomorrow I go back to work for the week xP…BUT ANDREW IS COMING OVER TOMORROW…and possible every day for the rest of his time home…lol
Petros birthday party is wednesday and I bought him the COOLEST present, he is going to love it!…he’s also coming over tomorrow.
i’m having conflicting feelings about certain issues and i’m not sure what to do about them.
i’ve also almost beat pokemon gold….not something i’m particularly proud of seeing as becca falls to the ground laughing every time i mention it lol. oh well

HAPPY PI DAY!
Musicianship exam went kinda ok, could have been better. Then i got to go outside and lay in the sun, which was amazing…. I was really excited about how nice the weather has been lately.
Tomorrow I have a music theory exam….gross…but I will be done quite early tomorrow…and then I have two more exams on friday and then SPRING BREAK!!
